Influence of Philazonit biopreparation on the mycobiome of soybean plants rhizosphere

The article presents the results of analysis biodiversity and spatial-functional structure microbial complex in soil rhizosphere, development ways to regulate number phytopathogenic micromycetes rhizosphere soybean plants organic production. Varieties soy were grown using biopreparation "Philazonit", which was developed company "Philazonit Ukraine". study determined effect phylazonite on mycobiome plants. interaction varieties Kent Suzir’ja with conditions production Central Forest-Steppe Ukraine (Research farm “Skvyrske” Institute Agroecology Nature Management National Academy Agrarian Sciences (IANM NAAS) investigated. different is depending variety technology its cultivation. It established that Philazonit inhibits formation during growing season. proved representatives genera: Alternaria, Fusarium, Penicillium, Aspergillus are dominated both varieties.
